Assembling 15 Weeks Into One Living Document
This is not a research paper about someone else's money. This is a comprehensive, numbers-backed plan for YOUR financial life — built piece by piece across 15 weeks.
The Final Personal Financial Sovereignty Plan is the capstone of FIN 2100. Over 15 weeks, you have built the components — your balance sheet, budget, debt elimination plan, investment strategy, retirement roadmap, housing analysis, and estate plan. Now you assemble them into one integrated, internally consistent document.
This is a living document. It should be accurate as of today, with real numbers from your actual financial life. It should include assumptions, projections, and milestones. And it should be something you revisit annually — not a paper you write and forget.
Your plan must include all 17 sections below. Each section draws from the work you did in the corresponding week.
| # | Section | Source Week | Key Deliverable |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sovereignty Baseline & Goals | Week 1 | Dependence map, SMART goals, real hourly wage |
| 2 | Personal Balance Sheet | Week 2 | Assets, liabilities, net worth, liquidity ratio |
| 3 | Cash Flow & Budget | Week 3 | Income/expense breakdown, 50/30/20 or custom allocation |
| 4 | Banking & Emergency Fund | Week 4 | Bank audit, emergency fund ladder, target amount |
| 5 | Credit Profile | Week 5 | Current scores, utilization, optimization plan |
| 6 | Debt Elimination Plan | Week 6 | All debts listed, snowball or avalanche schedule, payoff dates |
| 7 | Tax Strategy | Week 7 | Effective rate, deductions, withholding adjustments |
| 8 | Insurance Coverage | Week 8 | Coverage audit, gap analysis, policy recommendations |
| 9 | Investment Portfolio | Week 9 | Asset allocation, account types, automation setup |
| 10 | Hard Money & Custody | Week 10 | Bitcoin/crypto allocation, custody method, RWA strategy |
| 11 | Time Value Projections | Week 11 | Compound growth models, retirement number, withdrawal rate |
| 12 | Retirement Account Strategy | Week 12 | 401(k)/IRA/Roth allocation, contribution rates, waterfall |

| 16 | 1/3/5-Year Milestones | Integrated | Concrete, dated, sovereignty-focused milestones |

Your milestones should be specific, measurable, and tied to the three sovereignty dimensions: liquidity, autonomy, and custody.
